Network automation pioneer 6connect, today announced Internet Protocol Address Manager (IPAM) version 3.2, a software upgrade that provides the ability to see the granular use of Internet Protocol v4 addresses (IPv4) and network data on a comprehensive visual dashboard. 6connect IPAM Module v3.2 is a component of the first network automation platform to help service providers get the most out of their v4 network, visualize their V6 needs and usher in a vast IPv6 environment.

The new dashboard feature in IPAM v3.2 automatically calculates real-time data and graphically displays a portrait of the network. The dashboard shows IP address usage across the network, identifies miss-used or miss-allocated IPv4 addresses and available IPv4 space, and projects IPv6 needs.
